Garcia's restaurants, including CHICA at The Venetian in Las Vegas, showcases vibrant Latin American flavors. Jesus Diaz, known as Chef Yisus, is famous for his fusion cooking style. Chef Yisus opened Ikura Sushi in 2012, blending Japanese techniques with Latin flair. He became the resident chef on Univision's "Despierta América," winning two Emmy awards and publishing a book. Wine Tasting: Separate opportunity from private dinner. Tasting can be reserved on another day for up to 18 people to attend the tasting at a location of your choice (AZ, CO, DC Area, FL, IL, MI, MO, NE, OH, NC, VA, WV, WI). There is a one-time $22 handling fee for the wine samples and glasses to be provided. If any wine is selected at the tasting, a portion of it will go to a charity of your choice.
